Hanna KL Store & Customer Care
Hanna KL is a visual artist and designer from, and based in, Gothenburg, Sweden.

Hanna KL Store uses a print-on-demand business model which means we have no art prints in stock, they are printed as the order comes in. This concept saves resources, material and space, as no products will be wasted or produced with a chance of not getting sold, and no stock has to be kept and stored. This allows Hanna KL Store to be able to offer a larger variety of prints, in more color and size options. However it also means that each order is handled individually and printed especially for you, which may create longer waiting times, but as soon as your order is placed it will soon be on its way home to you!

Prices & Payments
Prices are available in SEK, USD, GBP, AUD and EUR, this is so you can see the cost of the item in your currency, however the currency you are shopping in is always SEK (Swedish crowns).
All prices include VAT (moms) 25%.

Payments are done securely via the accepted payment methods; Paypal, Klarna or manual payment; invoice via Hanna KL.

Paypal requires you to log in to your account and gives you the option to pay with Paypal balance or a card connected to your account.

Klarna offers several payment options; you can choose to pay instantly with a card, or if you have an account with Klarna you can also choose to pay later; pay within 30 days for free or up to 6 months with interest. Klarna's services are currently available in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Great Britain, Australia and the USA.

Manual payment; Invoice via Hanna KL; You will receive an invoice via email as soon as possible after the order is placed, payment terms 14 days. This option is not available if you purchase downloadable items. Manual payment is the best option for the store owner, as other payments decrease the profit margain by adding transaction fees for the seller.

Currency conversion or transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method chosen by the customer.
Hanna KL Store is not responsible for any sort of custom fees or taxes that may apply in your country before or upon arrival of the order.

Hanna reserves the right to change herr prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur, e.g. price rate changed by supplier.
Shipping Policy
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation via the email you stated upon purchase. In the confirmation you will see the products you purchased, the price, the shipping- and billing address. If something is incorrect in the confirmation you will need to contact shop@hannakl.com immediately.
Your order is then printed and packed, and once it's shipped you will receive a notice via email with a tracking number to trace the order.
Domestic deliveries 3-7 business days and international orders may take up to 4-12 business days. If an order is placed on a weekend, or holiday, the order will be handled the next business day. Please note that the shipping time may take longer for various reasons, but you will always be able to track it once it's on its way. If major delays occur, the order seems to be lost, or if you haven't gotten a shipping confirmation please send an email to shop@hannakl.com with your order number and it will be looked into.
Hanna KL Store is not responsible for any sort of custom fees or taxes that may apply in your country before or upon arrival of the order.

Return & Exchange Policy
By Swedish law you are allowed to change your mind and return your item within 14 days of receiving the order.
If you wish to do so you need to notice the store by sending an email to shop@hannakl.com as soon as possible and state your name, address, email address, order number and which item/items you want to return.
The item/items should be returned as soon as possible, but within no more than 14 days of sending the notice.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and the condition of the item/items.
The order should be returned in its original packaging.

In the return payment we reserve the right to deduct any amount equivalent to possible depreciation caused by any damages made by the customer, e.g. usage of the product.
Downloadable files, e.g. wallpaper-packs, are not eligible for return and cannot or will not be returned nor refunded for any reason.
Warranty, complaints
& Damaged Goods
Art prints may be returned and/or refunded if the item is defect upon arrival, e.g. damaged during shipping or has printing errors. The customer will need to notice the store by sending an email to shop@hannakl.com as soon as possible and state their name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the damages together with attached images depicting it.

The customer always have to contact the store to get the damage approved and if it is determined that the print is defect or was damaged before it reached the customer, the print will be replaced or refunded, and Hanna KL Store will pay for return shipping.
Ownership of intellectual property
& Copyright statement
All artworks on this website and for sale in the store are Copyright Protected by Hanna KL. Works of art cannot be sold, redistributed, copied or modified without the permission of the artist. Works cannot be distributed, mutilated or modified in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the Artist.
For any other use of the images on this website or on www.instagram.com/hanna.kl, such as posting the work in publications, printing it on any products or displaying it publicly etc; please email hello@hannakl.com with your inquiry and await a response.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Hanna KL. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

By breaking the copyright law you will be subject to pay Hanna KL any money earned, or fees equal to any value lost due to infringement, or even be subject to lawsuit.

Sharing the work
Images from this website may be used for personal use such as mood boards or reference images for a project. Images from this website shared on Instagram shall include a clear note of credit to @hanna.k.l. Images from this website shared on Pinterest shall include a link to the webpage where they were found, or a link to www.hannakl.com.

Product images
We reserve for any possible errors regarding the information stated on this website. Hanna KL Store cannot guarantee that the images on this website reflects the exact appearance of the product, as a certain difference in color may occur depending on the screen you are looking at, and the quality and resolution of the images. Hanna does her best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

Wallpaper-packs
You will receive a link to download the wallpaper-pack after you checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days.

The files belong to the person who downloads them, and are not by any means meant to be shared, modified (minor edits are OK if needed, e.g contrast and saturation, to make the experience is the best it can be for the customers on their own personal device), printed or sold, and by doing so you will be subject to copyright infringement.
Wallpaper-packs cannot be returned nor refunded for any reason.
Privacy & Safety
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

My art prints are what made my career in art and design take off. I became a top-seller on the American print-on-demand site Society6 early on and since then my work has been sold as fine art prints through a number of resellers across the world, both big and small.
